On a stormy night
As strangers slumber
Around the gables
The wild wind howled
And rain hit the panes
Like thrown gravel
As the lightning struck
And thunder growled
Bathed in summer sunshine Gentle breezes stir the stems But above in the golden sun Grow an array of perfect gems
