THE SUFFOLK HORSE

The Suffolk Horse

Heavy draught horse

Beautiful Chestnut beast

Solid and dependable

With energetic gait

Known as “good doers”

The Suffolk Horse

Work horse of the land

LET THE WIND HOWL

WHITE BERRIES

White berries grow

In abundance

On the mistletoe

As the snow falls

Nature’s bounty

On the bough

Mother Nature

Stocking her Larder

For the long bitter

Winter to come

WINTER MAIDEN

Winter maiden

Unsullied cloak

Hugging her contours
